After graduating from university, he worked in real estate, banking, and the design industry before founding Piece of CAKE in 2021. The studio was incorporated in 2024.
He has traveled to Singapore, Germany, Italy, France, and Finland to explore business, design, and culture, gaining new perspectives through different cultures and ways of thinking.
What he values most in design is dialogue—and thinking carefully about how things are seen and how they are communicated.
He has loved drawing and making things since childhood, although he might say he has always enjoyed imagining things even more.
He also has a weakness for cars, fashion, gadgets, and anything new.

From Iwate, Japan. Studied sociology at Ibaraki Univercity, where I became fascinated by questioning the "ordinary" and exploring how people shape communities. Now working as an Assistant Director at Piece of CAKE.
Loves good food, good drinks, and watching older people enjoy life around town. And for reasons no one can quite explain, I'm exceptionally good at julienning carrots.
